Skype, the most popular VoIP (Voice over Internet Protocol) service provider in the world, is working hard to convince businesses to use its new Skype Connect service. Launched in August, users of Skype’s Business Connect are able to make outbound calls from desktops and mobile phones worldwide and receive inbound calls from other Skype users, cheaply. The service is designed to decrease a company’s communication expense.
