Modis realized the need to revitalize its Resource Development Manager (RDM) New Hire Training Program in 2014. Together with Modis’ parent company, The Adecco Group, Modis lead the design, development, implementation and evaluation of the RDM New Hire Training Program. By working together, we identified training gaps and opportunities through the lens of distinct perspectives. The outcome: a highly effective, compelling product.
In early 2017, Modis was recognized by the Brandon Hall Group Excellence Awards for our updated RDM New Hire Training Program with two gold awards: Best Use of Blended Learning and Best Results of a Learning Program. The award entries were evaluated by a panel of veteran, independent senior industry experts, Brandon Hall Group analysts and executives based upon the following criteria: fit the need, design of the program, functionality, innovation, and overall measurable benefits.
